Eric’s journey began with a rocky start. In his first sales role, he struggled to meet quotas and faced probation after failing to hit his targets for 2 months. This all changed when he met his sales mentor, who guided him through a professional transformation.
After being professionally trained, Eric not only met his sales quota but quickly rose to become the top producer at his company! With this success, he went on to become the leading salesperson at two more companies.
Eric sharpened his skills as a sales trainer while working with Tony Robbins from 1997 to 1999 before launching his own company.
